Basic Club
Information
Vessell's opened up in the Fall of 1980 as a racquetball facility.
Changes and additions have been made to the facility over the years, many of
which can be read about below. Vessell's is open from 5:30 A.M. until 9
P.M., Monday through Thursday. 5:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday. Saturday hours are 9 A.M. - 3 P.M. and Sunday hours are 1 P.M. until 7
P.M. A very reasonable dues structure makes Vessell's an
exceptional value. Please stop by and talk with our very friendly
staff.
Club Pricing
Joining Fee:
Student: $30.00
Community: $45.00
12 Month A.P. Contract (no joining fee)
Automatic payment is made electronically using a checking account or credit
card. It provides for safe and timely payments. All changes and stoppages are
made through the club at no charge to the member. Anyone wishing to stop
their contract early, may "buy it out" by paying the cost of the
joining fee.
Individual Monthly Dues: $30.00
Couple Monthly Dues: $40.00 (husband and wife)
Family Monthly Dues: $50.00 (husband and wife and dependent children between
12-21)
Trial Membership
A trial membership is a 7 consecutive day pass. This pass gives you all
the rights that a full member would receive. The cost is $10 for this pass.
Group Exercise Classes
All exercise classes that are taught by Vessell's employees are free of
charge and require no prior sign-up.

Cardiovascular
Conditioning Center
An 800 square foot area houses numerous cardio conditioning pieces.
Available are: five Treadmills, four Stair Masters, three Recumbent Bikes,
one Upright Bike, one Rower, one Nordic Track, one Elliptical, and two Arc Trainers.
To make the time go easier, there is Cardio Theater, which gives an
individual six different televisions to watch.

Racquetball & Wallyball
Four courts are available to get an excellent workout in racquetball or Wallyball. Racquetball league play is during the
Fall, Winter & Spring. Challenge courts are also run during the
Winter and between league seasons. Individual lessons and clinics are
scheduled throughout the year. Racquets, eyeguards
and racquetballs are made available to all members at no extra charge.
Reservations for courts can be made up to a week in advance.

Weight Training
The 2000 square foot weight training room is stocked with equipment that
can give you a good workout fast. There are plenty of machines and free
weights to give you the workout that you need. Instructors work with
you on a 1 on 1 basis, by appointment, to assess your goals, set up your
program and answer any questions you may have. Their service is
available at no extra charge. A personal trainer is also available for
an additional fee.

Water Aerobics
Vessell's has teamed with Baymont Motel to offer
a water exercise class called Aquacize.

Tanning, Massage,
Childcare, Tae Kwon Do, Lockers
Locker rooms with private showers and lockers
are made available while you are getting your workout. Vessell's also
has child care available. Two gentle Tanning beds can be reserved on
the 1/2 hour during open hours. A massage therapist is available by
appointment and a Tae Kwon Do instructor holds classes 3 times per week.

PRO Shop
Racquet stringing and quality gear are available at Vessell's. Quick
turnaround and quality craftsmanship and knowledge are available when
restringing. If you need a racquet or some gear, then Vessell's can get
it to you for an exceptional price. Prices are as low
or lower than internet wholesalers.
